静脉内平滑肌瘤
摘要
静脉内平滑肌瘤(IVL)是临床罕见的沿静脉管生长的平滑肌瘤,病理学上认为是良性肿瘤,而临床行为类似恶性。近年来的研究对IVL有了比较完整的认识,就IVL的起源、生物学特性、临床表现及诊治方法作一综述。
