摘要 目的 :观察物理因子结合促通技术治疗闭合型颅脑损伤的康复效果。方法 :68例闭合型颅脑外伤患者采用中频电、高压氧、光疗及电刺激小脑顶核结合促通技术等综合运动疗法进行康复训练 ,并于治疗前后采取Glasgow昏迷量表 (GCS)评定意识状态 ,简式Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评定运动功能 ,三级平衡方法评定平衡功能 ,简明ADL量表评定日常生活活动能力。结果 :治疗后患者意识状态、偏瘫肢体运动功能、坐位和站位平衡及日常生活活动能力均有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 Objective:To observe the rehabilitation ef fe ct of physical factors in combination with facilitation in the treatment of clos ed head injury. Methods: 68 cases of closed head injury were subjected to the comprehensive reha bilitation therapy with many physical factors and facilitation technique. Assess ment was performed by using Glasgow coma scale (GCS), Fugl-Meyer of motor funct ion and balances Ⅲ stages and ADL. Results: The patients' consciousness, the motor function of hemiplegic limbs, th e balance functions and the activities of daily living abilities were all signif icantly improve (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The physical factors in combined with facilitation can be used to e ffectively treat closed head injury.
