紫外线照射促进肾移植切口裂开的愈合 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨紫外线照射对肾移植术后切口裂开愈合的影响。方法 :3 5例肾移植术后患者切口裂开 6~14d ,采用石英导子接触裂开切口创面分野照射。结果 :3 5例患者经照射 1~ 5次后 ,裂开切口愈合 3 0例 ;照射后经 2次缝合后愈合 2例 ;3例伴严重贫血患者中 1例照射后缝合未愈合 ,切口底部组织增生明显 ,2次照射后 ,切口变浅 ;1例出现尿漏未愈合 ;1例未愈合。结论 Objective:To explore the effects of UV rad ia tion on healing process of incision dehiscence by closing in the patients with r enal transplantation. Methods: The incision dehisced 6 to 14 days after renal tr ansplantation, with 1 to 16 cm long at depth of 1 to 6 cm. The incisions were cl osed after 1 to 4 times of UV radiation by a quartz glass stick connected with U V light. Results: In 35 patients with renal transplantation, the incisions were closed in 13 cases after 1 time radiation, in 11 cases after 2 times, in 5 cases after 3 times and in 2 cases after 4 times. Among them, 30 cases were completely healed after closing, 2 cases were healed after 2 times of closing following UV radiati on. In 3 patients with severe anemia, the incisions of 2 cases were not healed a nd another one had a complication of urinary leak. Conclusion: The closing of in cision dehiscence following large doses of UV radiation promotes incision healin g in patients with renal transplantation.
