在大连郊区一个自然村开展社区康复

Community-based Rehabilition in a Nature Suburb Village of Dalian

目的 :探讨康复中心到社区提供技术支持 ,帮助社区开展社区康复的方法及效果。方法 :选择大连市近郊的一个自然村为试点 ,以社区卫生所为基地 ,帮助社区进行社区康复调查、康复员培训、康复治疗、指导健康教育等。结果 :为社区建立了一套普查资料 ,统计出该社区有残疾人 2 3 2例 ,160 4人次患有各种疾病 ,培训社区康复员 5名 ;指导社区康复员深入居民家庭进行康复治疗 2 0余人次 ,进行高血压病防治教育 1次 ,健康教育及疾病咨询活动 4次 ,数百名社区居民参加了健康教育及咨询活动 ;在社区建立了社区康复站。结论 :社区康复有广阔的发展前景 ,很受社区居民的欢迎 ;效区居民仍较缺乏卫生保健知识 。

Objective:To investigate the approach and effect o f community-based rehabilitation supported by rehabilitation center Methods:In a selected nature suburb village of Dalian city,the staff of health station of the village was trained and guided for community investigation,rehabilitation tr eatment and health consultation.Results:A series of community data was obtained. It was statistically analyzed that there were 232 people with disabled and 1604 people with different diseases.Five community- based rehabilitation workers we re trained and instructed to perform family rehabilitation workers were trained and instructed to perform family rehabilitation treatments for the people with d isabled for more than 20 times,run the health consultation 5 times.Hundreds comm unity residents took part in the consultations. A community rehabilitation stati on was established.Conclusion:The community-based rehabilitation has a good pro spect and is welcomed by the community residents.
