MMPs与TIMPs在人脑胶质瘤侵袭性生长中的研究进展

摘要
人脑胶质瘤是人类最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其突出的特点就是对人脑正常组织的侵袭性.目前认为在脑胶质瘤侵袭生长过程中,起关键作用的是一类基质金属蛋白酶( Matrix-metalloprot einase, MMPs).
