摘要
电机中采用了磁性能很高的钕铁硼永磁材料后,使电机体积减小,功率提高,同时改变了传统结构与工艺,在这方面带来了一系列新问题。本文是在研制钕铁硼永磁同步电动机的基础上,对电机的转子结构及其加工工艺进行分析探讨,试制样机为3kW、4极。
The volume of a electric motor will be decreased and its power delivered will be increased if the high magnetic quality as NdFeB permanent-magnetic material is used. Whileas the traditional structure and technology will be changed and certain problems will arise. The new structure of the rotor and its manufactaring technology has been investigated in this paper on the basis of the development of NdFeB PM synchrohouse motor. A 4-pole, 3kW PMSM has been made to verify this analysis.
