摘要
研究了涂料的静切力、触变性、流淌性以及附着力的测定方法和影响因素。涂料的触变性可用泥浆静切力计测得的静切力限变化值As来表征。以涂料在试样上的流淌长度来评定流淌性。并用微机对影响流淌性的各种因素做了回归分析,确定出能满足生产要求的涂料静切力、触变性和流淌性等主要性能的最佳值范围。
The measuring methods and influence factors to the static shearforce, thixotropy, flowability and adhesion of coatings have been investigated. It is considered that the thixotropy of coating can be described by means of the change value of static shear forceAτs.. The flowability of coating can be evaluated by the flow length of coating on sand sample and all factors that affect the flowability are studied by linear regression analysis with micro-computer. The optimal range of the static shear force, thixotropy and flowability can be determined to meet the requirements of the foundry production.
