摘要
目的 探讨正常成人不同性别、年龄和部位脑组织代谢物比值。方法 选取经神经系统检查和颅脑常规MR检查正常成人22例 ,年龄21~60岁,平均(45±6.9)岁。使用1.5TMR成像仪和随机软件获取脑组织(106个兴趣区 )主要代谢物N -乙酰天门冬氨酸 (NAA)、胆碱类物质 (Cho)和肌酸 (Cr)等的浓度 ,计算NAA/Cho、NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr比值 ,观察不同年龄、性别及解剖部位代谢物比值差异。 结果 正常成人NAA/Cho、NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr平均值男性分别为1.82±0.39、2.01±0.32和1.19±0.23,女性分别为1.75±0.19、1.98±0.33和1.13±0.24。NAA/Cho、NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr在不同性别、不同年龄以及脑白质与脑灰质之间的差别无统计学意义。结论 正常成人的NAA/Cho、NAA/Cr和Cho/Cr等代谢物比值较为恒定 ,可作为神经影像学研究和应用之参考。
Objective To evaluate the metabolite ratios in the normal adult brain by proton spec-troscopy.Methods Twenty two normal individuals(21to60of age with average of45)were studied by multi-voxel proton MR spectroscopy.Spectra were obtained from a1.5TMR scanner by PRESS sequence with TR/TE of1000/144ms.The metabolite peaks of N-acetylasparate(NAA),choline-containing compound(Cho),and creatine-phosphocreatine(Cr)were measured in106region of interest.Statistical analysis of the metabolite ratios was conducted by SPSS software.Results The mean peak ratios of NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr,and Cho/Cr in normal adult individuals were1.82±0.39,2.01±0.32,and1.19±0.23in male and1.75±0.19,1.98±0.33,and1.13±0.24in female,respectively.The ratios of NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr,and Cho/Cr in relation to sex,age and between the white and gray matter were undulated without significant difference.Conclusions The metabolite of NAA,Cho,and Cr can be easily detected by proton spectroscopy.The ratio of NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr,and Cho/Cr may be useful in neuroimaging study.
