Biological reserch on Ruta graveolens root system

在对芸香根的外观形态、内部解剖、根系变化一般观察研究的基础上,重点研究了根中淀粉含量的变化,揭示芸香的根为须根状直根系,根的次生木质部有明显的年轮;芸香根一年中淀粉积累高峰有二个,一个在花前期(6月下旬),一个在入冬前(10月下旬)。并对芸香的营养积累与抗寒性关系问题进行了讨论。

The roots of Ruta graveolens were taproot_like fibrous root system and their secondary xylem had apparent annual rings.There were 2 peaks of starch accumulation in the roots of Ruta graveoens each year,one was before the flowering season(in the last ten_day of June),the other one was before the winter(in the last ten_day of October).The relationship between nutrition accumulation of Ruta graveolens and cold_resistance were discussed.
