摘要
本文报道50例肾功能衰竭患者,在应用体外血液透析治疗前后分别观察血浆中过氧化脂质(LPO)及血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力、红细胞中LPO、SOD值、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力及全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH--PX)活性变化情况。结果表明:透析前与透析后相比,血浆中LPO由5.23±2.53nmol/ml降至4.80±1.26nmol/ml(P<0.01),SOD由109.60±15.80NU/ml升至120.30±14.30NU/ml(P<0.01);红细胞中LPO由7.38±3.70nmol/ml降至6.08±1.40nmol/ml(P<0.05),SOD881.30±186.60NU/gHb升至1035±218.50NU/gHb(P<0.01),CTA由15.60±2.60U/mgHb升至17.20±2.10U/mgHb(P<0.01);全血GSH—PX由162.50±25.80NU/ml升至209.40±41.90NU/ml(P<0.01)。肾功能衰竭患者经体外血液透析后使人体的抗氧化能力增强,达到保护细胞功能作用。
The paper reports 50 cases of patients of renal failure, before and after the application of treatment of external hemodialysis, to observe the change of vitality of LPO and superoxide dismutase (SOD)in blood plasma, the data of PLO and SOD in red blood cell, vitality of catalase(CAT) and vitality of glutathiione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in whole blood, respectively.The result has illustrated that:in comparison of pre-hemodialysis and post-hemodialysis LPO in blood descend to 4.80±1.60nmol/ml from 5.23± 2.53nmol/ml (P<0.01), SOD descend to 120.30±14.30NU/ml from 109.60±15.80NU\ml(P<0.01);LPO in red blood cell descend to 6.08±1.40nmol/ml from 7.38±3.70nmol/ml(P<0.05),SOD rose to 1035.00±428.30NU\gHb from 881.30±186.60NU\gHb(P<0.01),CAT rose to 17.20±2.10U/mgHb from 15.60±2.60U/mgHb(P<0.01); GSH-PX in whole blood rose to 209.40±41.90NU\ml from 162.50± 25.80NU/ml(P<0.01). The patients of renal Mure raise ability to antioxidation after hemodialysis, to attention the funtion to protect cell.
