金属背板结合根内固位体技术在前牙扇状散开修复治疗中的应用

Applications of technology of metal backboard united with rdicual retainer in prosthetic curing front teeth dispersing

目的:探讨金属背板结合根内固位体技术在前牙扇状散开修复治疗中的作用。方法:利用金属背板结合根内固位体技术对伴有前牙扇状散开的牙周病进行修复治疗,并观察其疗效。结果:本组治疗并观察病历32例,总有效率达87.5％。结论:本法治疗后既固定了松动的患牙,又使前牙唇面弧度内收,达到了美容效果,且舒适耐用,疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the roles of the technology of metal backboard united with rdicual retainer in curing the pa-radentosis with front teeth dispersing. Method The technology of metal backboard united with rdicual retainer was utilized in curing the paradentosis with front teeth dis persing ,and the effects were observed. Results The effective rate was 87.5% in these 32 cases. Conclusion The dummy made by the the technology was esthetic, comfortable and durable. The curative effect was satisfied, and the technology was worth clinic generalizing.
