CO_2激光、爱宝疗、宫颈锥切治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

Effection observation of the cervical erosion cured by CO_2 laser, policresulen and cervical awl cutting

目的:探索不同类型、不同程度宫颈糜烂适宜的提高治愈率或疗效的方法。方法:将893例宫颈糜烂患者随机分成4组,分别采用CO2激光、爱宝疗浓缩液、CO2激光加爱宝疗、宫颈锥切进行治疗,并观察和比较其疗效及反应。结果:CO2激光对单纯型宫颈糜烂的一次性治愈率达95.04％,显著优于颗粒型(88.66％)和乳头型(67.95％),分别为P<0.05,P<0.01。爱宝疗浓缩液对单纯型和颗粒型宫颈糜烂的一次性治愈率分别为89.13％和87.80％,显著优于乳头型(73％),P<0.01。CO2激光加爱宝疗对颗粒型和乳头型宫颈糜烂的一次性治愈率分别为93.7％和91.53％,P>0.05,无显著性差异。宫颈锥切对Ⅲ°宫颈糜烂(颗粒型和乳头型)一次性治愈率分别为93.33％和93.75％,P>0.05,无显著性差异。其中CO2激光加爱宝疗对颗粒型宫颈糜烂的一次性治愈率在4种疗法中最高,P<0.01。副反应以CO2激光加爱宝疗最少。结论:单纯型宫颈糜烂宜首选CO2激光进行治疗,颗粒型和乳头型宫颈糜烂宜选用CO2激光加爱宝疗治疗,Ⅲ°宫颈糜烂宜选用宫颈锥切疗效最佳。

Objective To explore the different types and what the different level cervical erosion were suitable for raising the cure rate or the method of curative effect. Method Randomly divided into 4 teams with 893 cervical erosion patients, and the treasure using respectively CO2 laser, policresulen concentrate liquid, CO2 and policresulen, cervical awl cutting, and observed and compared its curative effect and reaction. Results The once only cure rate to simple mould cervical erosion of CO2 laser reaches 95.04%, no-tablely is superior to anything small and roundish mould ( 88.66% ) and the nipple mould ( 67.95% ), P<0.05,P<0.01 repectively. Policresulen concentrate liquid to the simple mould and the once only cure rate of anything small and roundish mould cervical erosion serve as respectively 89.13% notablely with 87.80%, to be superior to nipple mould (73%),P<0.01.CO2 laser and policresulen to treat to anything small and roundish mould and the once only cure rate of nipple mould cervical erosion respectively to serve as 93.7% and 91.53%,P>0.05, nothing significance difference. The cervical awl cutting be sured to Ⅲ°'s cervical erosion,that the once only cure rate of cervical erosion ( anything small and roundish mould and nipple mould ) is respectively 93.33% notablely with 93.75%,it does not have significance difference, P>0.05. It is the highest in four kinds of therapies that among them CO2 laser and policresulen.the once only cure rate to anything small and roundish mould cervical erosion,P<0.01.The by-reaction is most leastly with CO2 laser and policresulen is treated. Conclusion CO2 simple mould cervical erosion should be of choice to cure laser, and anything small and roundish mould and nipple mould cervical erosion should choose CO2 laser and policresulen to cure. It is optimum that Ⅲ°'s cervical erosion should choose the cervical awl to be cut the curative effect.
