吉林地区正常成人胰腺高场MRI的研究

Study of normal pancreas at high field strength (1.5T)

目的:通过MRI研究吉林地区正常成人胰腺的形态、大小,并将之与国内已报道的相关测量资料比较,以确定有无差异性。方法:收集180例正常成人胰腺MRI图像,在T1WI结合脂肪抑制技术方法下测量胰腺头、体、尾各径线值,观察其形态。结果:男性胰腺胰头(27.9±3.3)mm,胰体(21.6±3.4)mm,胰尾(20.3±2.9)mm;女性胰腺胰头(25.7±2.9)mm,胰体(19.9±3.0)mm,胰尾(18.2±2.8)mm。结论:测得的结果表示吉林地区正常成人胰腺各径线值与已报道的国内资料比较,无明显差异。

Objective Using MRI to study the shape,size of normal pancreatic in Jilin. Method 180 cases of normal person's pancreatic MR images were collected, Shen Zong-wen's method was taken to measure the shape,the anterioposterior diameter in T1WI Far-sup. Results Man: head of pancreas is (27.9±3.3)mm, body of pancreas is (21.6±3.4)mm, tail of pancreas is (20.3±2.9) mm; Female: head of pancreas is (25.7±2.9)mm, body of pancreas is (19.9±3.0)mm, tail of pancreas is (18.2±2.8)mm. Conclusion There are no differences between the values obtained from this article and domestic data reported early.
