鼻饲在预防气管切开患者食物返流中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 由于清理呼吸道低效等原因,昏迷患者经常采用气管切开这种治疗手段,而这些患者因为不能经口进食,又常常需要进行鼻饲.在护理工作中,气管切开患者鼻饲时,经常会发生食物返流的现象,增加了肺部感染的机会.据报道,因食物返流引起肺部感染而死亡的病例屡见不鲜,这不仅严重地威胁着患者的生命,更给临床治疗带来了阻碍.我科至2000年经研究分析,改进了鼻饲的方法,并针对食物返流的原因采取了相应的护理对策,获得较满意的效果.
