P27蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与临床意义

P27 Protein Expression and Its Significance in Human Laryngeal Carcinoma

目的 探讨喉癌组织中P2 7蛋白表达的临床意义及其与细胞增殖和凋亡的关系。方法 运用免疫组化SABC方法及DNA末端标记法检测 5 9例喉鳞癌组织中P2 7与增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及原位细胞凋亡。结果 5 9例喉鳞癌组织中P2 7蛋白表达与肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级及术后 5年生存率密切相关 (均为P <0 0 5 )。并且 ,P2 7低表达组中细胞增殖较高而凋亡较低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 ①P2 7蛋白在喉癌发生发展中起到一定的作用 ;②喉癌组织中P2 7蛋白的表达与细胞增殖和凋亡相关 ;③P2 7蛋白表达的减少和 (或 )

Objective To investigate the expression of P27 expression in laryngeal carcinoma and its relationship with cell proliferation and apoptosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method and Tunel technique were used to detect the expression of P27, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and in situ cell apoptosis in laryngeal squamous carcinoma. Results The expression of P27 was related with clinical stages of cancer, lymph node metastasis, histological grades and the 5 year survival rate ( P <0 05). Compared with that in the P27 high expression group, cell proliferation index was increased and apoptosis index decreased in the P27 low expression group. Conclusion P27 plays some roles in the carcinogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma. The expression of P27 in laryngeal carcinoma has some relations with the cell proliferation and apoptosis. The loss or deletion of P27 expression can be used as the prediction of tumor malignancy and clinical prognosis.
