摘要 目的 探讨Ⅳ型胶原 (typeⅣcollagen ,ColⅣ )、层粘连蛋白 (laminin ,LN)在良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的表达及其意义。方法 免疫组织化学检测 10例甲状腺正常组织和 4 6例甲状腺瘤、 19例甲状腺癌组织中ColⅣ、LN的表达。结果 ColⅣ、LN在甲状腺肿瘤基底膜阳性强度普遍较正常组织增强 ,但在甲状腺癌中有较甲状腺瘤明显的基底膜破坏 (P <0 0 1) ,LN在甲状腺肿瘤细胞中有表达 ,甲状腺癌细胞与甲状腺瘤细胞中LN阳性表达率差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 ColⅣ、LN与甲状腺肿瘤的生长、浸润等恶性生物学行为密切相关 。 Objective To study the expression of typeⅣ collagen and laminin in the carcinogenesis and development of thyroid neoplasms and its significance. Methods The expression of type Ⅳ collagen and laminin in basement membrane and epithelium cells of 10 cases of normal thyroid, 46 cases of thyroid adenomas and 19 cases of thyroid carcinomas was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The intensity of type Ⅳ collagen and laminin expression in basement membrane of thyroid neoplasms was stronger than in the normal tissue of thyroid, adenoma and carcinoma, but the basement membrane of thyroid carcinomas was obviously destroyed ( P <0 05). Immunostaining of laminin also was detected in the cytoplasm of tumor cells papillary hyperplasia in follicular adenoma. In the tissues of thyroid carcinomas, the positive rate of laminin expression in tumor cells was much higher than that in the thyroid adenomas ( P <0 05). Conclusion Type Ⅳ collagen and laminin may be involved in growth and development of thyroid tumors, and can be taken as a marker of malignant thyroid neoplasm. Laminin expression in the cytoplasm of tumor cells papillary hyperplasia may indicate the malignant transformation.
