摘要
目的 探讨P16蛋白免疫组织化学检测在小儿脑胶质瘤中的意义及其应用价值。方法 选自 10 3例 1~ 14岁小儿脑胶质瘤手术切除标本及 2 0例儿童颅脑损伤手术减压患者的脑组织 ,应用兔抗P16 (C 2 0 )多克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学检测对比研究。结果 正常脑组织P16蛋白表达为阴性 ,胶质瘤Ⅰ级为 16 7% ,Ⅱ级为 81 3% ,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级大于 90 % ;P16蛋白表达强度与病理组织学分级呈正相关。结论 P16蛋白在脑胶质瘤细胞转化和癌变过程中起着重要作用 ,其免疫组织化学检测不仅对区分肿瘤良恶性、判断预后有一定价值 ;
Objective To investigate the significance of P16 protein immunohistochemistry detection in in pediatric gliomas. Methods The specimens resected from 103 cases of brain glioma and tissues from 20 cases subject to surgical decompression due to craniocerebral injury were detected for P16 protein expression by immunohistochemistric methods. Results The P16 protein expression was negative in normal brain tissue. The rate of P16 expression in tumor grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ+Ⅳ was 16 7 %, 81 3 % and 100% respectively. The intensity of P16 expression was positively correlated with pathological grades. Conclusion P16 protein plays an important role in the transformation process of glioma cells. Immunohistochemistry detection of P16 protein may be useful for grading, prognosis and treatment.
