为了获得好的灌浆效果,除了要研制有效的灌浆材料外,灌浆工艺及设备也十分重要。本文介绍了几种主要的灌浆方法、灌浆控制标准及化学灌浆的设备。
With the developing of the 'Sihua' Constructing cause, chemical grouted procedure has been applying in reinforcing rock-soil and seepage interception engineering more and more. For example, in respects of sinking wells in shifting sand, cutting tunnels, intercepting seepage of underground buildings and raising load-bearing capacity etc, chemical grouting procedure can all be used. Especially, chemical grouting is always the only effective way to remove disease in foundation of civil and industrial buildings. Because that when chemical grouted procedure is in progress, not only the applying of the building is not asked to stop, so that the prodution can be continued, but also the machines and technology are much more simple. This article elaborates the five contents of chemical grouted procedure: (a) Introduction; (b) Grouted materials; (c) Machines and Techology; (d) Living examples applied; (e) Tendency of Developing. Grouted materials, machines and technology are emphasized.
