摘要
目的 通过大样本的抽样调查 ,观察和比较我国不同地区 17~ 2 1岁男青年营养状况的地区分布特点。方法 在全国 3 1个省 (市、自治区 )选择 10 0个县 (区 )作为抽样点 ,观察对象共计 73 0 0 0人。计算体质量指数 ,按国人肥胖评价标准 ,将观察对象分为消瘦、正常、超重和肥胖。用逐步回归分析方法分析BMI与机能指标、地理、气候因素间的关系。结果 全国男青年消瘦的检出率为 2 1 0 % ,超重的检出率为 6 2 % ,肥胖的检出率为 1 3 %。各地区的营养状况存在显著差异 ,华北地区消瘦的检出率最低 ,为 13 8% ,超重和肥胖的检出率最高 ,分别为 11 0 %和 3 1% ;西北地区的消瘦检出率最高 ,为 3 0 0 % ,中南地区的超重和肥胖检出率最低 ,分别为 3 4%和 0 6%。全国城市消瘦的检出率为 2 0 3 % ,超重和肥胖的检出率分别为 8 7%和 2 2 % ,乡村消瘦的检出率为 2 1 4% ,超重和肥胖的检出率分别为 4 7%和 0 8%。各地区城乡间比较 ,除西南地区城乡间无显著性差异外 ,其他地区城乡间均有显著性差异。逐步回归分析结果 ,血压、肺活量、年龄为正影响 :年平均气温、海拔高度、日照时间和降雨量为负影响 (P <0 0 1) ;营养状况与地区有关。结论 营养状况存在地区差异 ,营养状况受居住地区影响 ,同时营养状况也影响?
Objective To compare and observe the geographic distribut ion of nutrition status in Chinese male youth aged 17-21 years in different are as by larger sample survey.Methods 100 sampling units were selected among 31 provinc e in China.Nutrition status of 73?000 subjects were measured.Body mass index w as computed,and according to the assessment standard of Chinese people,all the s ubject were catergoried into thinness,normal,overweight,obesity group.Relationsh ip between nutrition status and functional,geographical,climate indexes were an alyzed by using step-wise regression. Results The detecting rate of thinness for male youth was 21.%,overweight and obesity was 6.2% and 1.3% respectively.There were significa nt difference among nutrition status of different areas.North-China youth's was the best among six areas,their detecting rate of thinness was 13.8%,overweight a nd obesity was 11.0% and 3.1% respectively.The detecting rate of thinness in no rth-west was 30.0%,it's the highest,overweight and obesity in south-middle was 3 .4% and 0.6% respectively,it's the lowest among all the areas.The detecting r ate of thinness for urban youth was 20.3%,overweight and obesity's was 8.7% and 2.2% respectively,for rural youth,thinness detecting rate was 21.4%,overweight a nd obesity's was 4.7% and 0.8% respectively,there were significant difference be tween urban and rural youth's nutrition status except south-west.The results of step-wise regression showed that blood pressure,vital capacity,age were positiv e effects on nutrition status,annals mean air temperature,rainfall,altitude and sunlight time were negative( P <0.01),nutrition status of youth was related t o their living area.Conclusions Youth's nutrition status was significant diff erent among different areas,living area might influence youth's nutrition status ,and nutrition status might influence youth's heart and lung's function.The rela tionship between nutrition status and annals mean air temperature,rainfall,altit ude and sunlight time may provide leads for nutrition intervention in youth.
