摘要
的 探讨β -胡萝卜素对烹调油烟致大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)膜损伤的保护作用。 方法 大鼠吸入烹调油烟 ,同时给予 β -胡萝卜素 ,测定不同染毒时间后大鼠AM膜流动性及肺组织LPO含量。 结果 烹调油烟可引起大鼠肺脂质过氧化 ,并降低AM膜流动性 ,而 β -胡萝卜素能使染毒大鼠AM膜流动性明显升高 ,肺LPO含量明显下降。结论 β
Objective To study the protective effect of β-carotene o n injury of alveolar macrophage of rats induced by cooking oil fume.Methods Rats were exposed to cooking oil fume and treate d with β-carotene at the same time.After treatment,memberane fluidity and conte nt of LPO were detected in different times.Results Cooking oil fume could cause lipid peroxide of lu ng in rats and reduce membrane fluidity of alveolar macrophage.While β-carotene could lead to increase of memberane fluidity and decrease the content of LPO si gnificantly.Conclusion β-carotene played certain protective role in lipid peroxide of lung and injuries of alveolar macrophage induced by cooking oi l fume in rats.
