本文以保险粉力还原剂,在较温和的条件下进行化学还原脱色,使产品的碱煮色达到了要求。将原来的二步精制变为一步,减少了中间环节,节省了原材料,收率提高3%。
In the mild condition, Sodium hydrosulfite is used as chemical reduction decoloranl for sodium of sulfadiazine.The color of boiling alkali for product is up to standard. When the two-step refined SD is prepared into onestep one, the raw materials and intermediate links will be saved. The yield of refined SD increases about 3 percent.
