摘要
以三甲胺和氯乙醇常压反应合成了氯化胆碱,采用均匀设计法考察了反应时间、配料比、反应温度对产率的影响,通过逐步回归得到二次回归方程,经方程寻优获得较佳反应条件:反应温度30℃,反应时问4小时,此条件下氯化胆碱的产率可达90%。
The choline chloride is synthesized by the reaction of aqueous trimethylamine with chlorohydrin under the atmospheric pressure was carried out. The effects of the reaction time, temperature and the ratio of the raw materials on the yield were investigated by means of the uniform design. The secondary regression equation was obtained by using the stepwise regression. According to the equation, experimental factors were optimized. Reaction temperature 80℃ and time 3h were proposed. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of choline chloride was about 90%.
