经尿道电切气化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤(附76例报告)

Combined electro-vaporization and transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor (Report of 76 cases)

目的 探讨浅表性膀胱肿瘤经尿道电切气化手术的方法 ,观察治疗效果。方法 采用经尿道电切术和气化术治疗膀胱浅表肿瘤 76例。结果 疗效满意 ,除 3例多发性膀胱肿瘤分 2次切除外 ,其余均一次切除 ,平均手术时间为 2 8min ,无膀胱穿孔等严重并发症。 73例患者随访 2～ 3年 ,术后 2年内复发 15例 (19.7% )。结论 电切和电气化结合治疗膀胱浅表性肿瘤是一种安全、有效、简单。

Objective In order to investgate a method in transurethral operation of superficial bladder tumor and observe the efficacy .Methods Clinical data of 76 cases of superficial bladder tumor treated with transurethral resection and transurethral vaporization were analyzed.Results The general results were satisfactory . The tumor was rescted in two stage for multiple tumors in three patients , in one-stage for the others , the mean time was 28 minutes . There were no bladder perforation and serious complications . 73 cases were followed up for 2 to 3 years ,the number of recurrence was 15 cases within two years after the operation .Conclusion Our results showed that the combination of transurethral resection with vaporization was a safe , effective and simple method for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor with less complication.
