福辛普利治疗高血压病疗效观察

Effect of fosinopril on treatment of essential hypertension

目的:了解福辛普利每日口服1次10mg,是否能使血压保持24小时平稳下降。方法:50例高血压病患者被随机分为福辛普利组(25例)及卡托普利对照组(25例),均予24小时动态血压监测。结果:福辛普利组治疗前、后昼夜平均血压由165/100mmHg降至134/82mmHg及由162/88mmHg降至130/77mmHg。而卡托普利组治疗前、后昼夜平均血压分别由166/98mmHg降至138/90mmHg及由160/92mmHg降至135/80mmHg两组无显著差异。福辛普利组治疗后收缩压谷。峰比为72.0％,舒张压谷:峰比为55.0％,卡托普利组分别为69.6％,51.9％,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。福辛普利组治疗前、后收缩压及舒张压负荷率分别由91.9％降至27.0％(P<0.01),及由68.0％降至13.0％(P<0.01),卡托普利组分别由90.8％降至28.6％(P<0.01),及由69.0％降至14.2％(P<0.01),两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。福辛普利组咳嗽发生率(7.0％)明显少于卡托普利组(38.5％),P<0.01。结论:福辛普利每日口服1次10mg对高血压病有24小时平稳降压效果,且咳嗽较少。

Objective: To investigate if fosinopril 10mg daily can control blood pressure 24h steadily. Methods: Fifty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into fosinopril group (n = 25) and the captopril control group (n = 25), the 24h ambulatory pressure was monitored. Results: Fosinopril significantly reduced mean blood pressure from 165/100mmHg to 134/82mmHg during the daytime and from 162/88mmHg to 130/77mmHg at night, while captopril reduced it from 166/98mmHg to 138/90mmHg and from 160/92mmHg to 135/80mmHg respectively. Difference between 2 groups was no significant (P>0. 05). The ratio of valley to peak of systolic blood pressure was 72. 0% , and that of diastolic blood pressure was 55. 0% in fosinopril group, those of captopril group were 69- 6%, 51. 9% respectively, the difference between two groups was significant (P<0. 05). Theload rates of systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased from 91.9% to 27.0% (P<0. 01) and from 68.0% to 13.0% (P<0. 01) respectively; in captopril group, their load rates decreased from 90. 8% to 28. 6% (P<0. 01) and from 69. 0% to 14-2% (P<0. 01). Difference between two groups was no signifficant (P>0. 05). Conclusion: 10mg of fosinopril once a day can steadily control the blood pressure during 24h in essential hypertension.
