摘要
利用从聚酯废渣R—1中提取的粗DMT,在140~120℃,催化剂存在的条件下,用酯交换法合成了新型增塑剂M-DOTP。试验表明,M-DOTP可以完全或部分代替传统的绝缘主增塑剂DOP,在70℃、90℃级电缆料中使用。
Using the crude DMT that is extracted from waste residue R—1 of polyester, at 140~210℃, under the presence of catalyst, the new type plasticizer M-DOTP is synthesized by ester exchange process. The experiments show that M-DOTP can completely or partially replace the traditional insulation DOP, and it can be used in 70℃, 90℃ cable material.
