手术及化疗对肝癌血清sICAM-1水平的影响及临床意义

Effects of Operation and Chemotherapy on Serum sICAM-1 level in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的:探讨肝癌手术及化疗前后血清sICAM-1水平的变化及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测肝癌61例手术及化疗前后血清sICAM-1水平和正常20例进行对照。结果:肝癌患者血清sICAM-1水平明显高于正常对照者,Ⅲ期肝癌患者血清sICAM-1水平明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者(P<0.01);肝癌手术后或有效化疗后血清sICAM-1水平明显降低(P<0.01);肝癌术后血清sICAM-1水平较高者1a复发率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:血清sICAM-1与肝癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为判断疗效和预后的观察指标。

Objective:To evaluate clinical significance of serum sICAM-1 changes in hepatocellular carcinoma patients (HCC) because of operation or chemotherapy. Methods :The sera levels of sICAM-1 in 61 cases of HCC before and after operation or chemotherapy and 20 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay, and compared. Result: The sera levels of sICAM-1 in HCC group were higher than those in control group, and those in stage I were higher than those in stage I -II (P<0. 01). The levels of sICAM-1 reduced markedly after operation or chemotherapy of effectiveness (P<0. 01). One-year survival rate in HCC of high serum sICAM-1 rose markedly (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The serum sICAM-1 might be correlated with the occurrence and progress of HCC, and should be used as a marker of judging curative effect and prognostic significance in HCC patients.
