摘要
本文对旋液分离器的结构、工作原理、应用范围和设计方法进行了阐述。给出了旋液分离器流量、边界粒度、底流与进料体积比的计算公式。笔者利用了自行设计的旋液分离器回收己二酸母液中的己二酸固体颗粒,取得了满意的效果。
The paper states the structure;principle,application and design of hydrocylone,and gives the equation of its flow,boundary particle,under current and input material volume ratio. The author uses the hydrocylone designed by himself to recover the solid grain of adipic acid in mother liquor of adipic acid.
