解毒祛瘀滋阴药对系统性红斑狼疮患者性激素水平的调节作用

Adjust Effect of Jiedu Quyu Ziyin Recipe on the Level of Sex Hormones in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients

目的 :观察解毒祛瘀滋阴药治疗系统性红斑狼疮对其性激素水平的调节作用。方法 :5 3例女性SLE患者随机分为 2组 ,西药组以糖皮质激素治疗 ,中西结合组并用解毒祛瘀滋阴中药治疗 ,另选 30例健康女性作为正常对照组。应用放射免疫分析法检测各组用药前后雌二醇 (E2 )、泌乳素 (PRL)和睾酮 (T)水平的变化。结果 :SLE患者血清T明显低于正常人 (P <0 .0 1) ,E2 及PRL明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;活动期T、PRL与缓解期相比有统计学差异 (分别P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,E2 无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。用药前后比较 ,治疗后中西结合组T明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,E2 变化不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,PRL明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;西药组T、E2 、PRL变化均不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗后两组间比较 ,T、PRL水平有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :系统性红斑狼疮患者体内性激素水平异常 ,而解毒祛瘀滋阴药对其有明显的调节作用 ,有利于改善紊乱的免疫内分泌环境。

Objective:To investigate the adjust effect of Jiedu Quyu Ziyin Recipe (JQZR) on the level of sex hormones in treating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods:Fifty-three female patients with SLE were divided into 2 groups randomly, the integrated traditional and western medicine group was treated with JQZR plus glucocorticoid (GC), and the western medicine group was treated with glucocorticoid only. And 30 healthy female were chosen as normal control group. Measurement of the level of testosterone (T), estradiol (E2) and prolactin (PRL) in different groups were performed before and after the treatment by radioimmunoassay.Results:The serum level of T in SLE group was obviously lower than that in normal group( P <0.05),the level of E2 and PRL in SLE group were obviously higher than those in normal group ( P <0.05, P <0.01).The level of T,PRL and E2 between the active stage group and remission stage group were obviously different( P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.05), while the level of E2 between these two groups were not obviously different( P > 0.05). Comparison of before and after treatment indicated that the level of T rose obviously (P< 0.05), change of E2 was insignificant ( P > 0.05) and PRL decreased remarkable (P<0.05). In the WM group, the levels of T, E2 and PRL did not change obviously (P> 0.05). In two groups, the difference of T and PRL levels after treatment were obviously ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:The levels of sex hormones in SLE patients were abnormal, and JQZR can achieve a good and evident adjustment effect on their levels, which will be beneficial to the improvement of the disturbed intern environment of immunoendocrine in SLE.
