摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶垂直平板电泳技术,分析猕猴桃17个品种的酯酸同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:不同品种、不同生长阶段猕猴桃叶片的酯酸同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶在酶带的数目、分布及主要酶带等方面均存在着一定的差异。成熟叶的酶带数目比幼叶多,且稳定性好。试验还表明,过氧化物酶同工酶的显带效果优于酯酶同工酶。
By means of vertical slab polyacrulamide gel electrophoresis, the esterase (EST) and peroxidase (POX) isozyme of the 17 varieties of Actinidia were analyzed. The result indicates that the number of the isozyme bands, the band distribution and the main band in 17 varieties was different associated with the different varieties and different periods of growth. The total inumber of the enzyme bands in mature tissue is more than young tissue. The experiment also indicated that the peroxidase isozyme showed more bands and better coloration than esterase isozyme.
