升膜蒸发器内的两相流传热研究——环状流的传热膜系数的相关 被引量:3

摘要 在升膜蒸发器内,以软化水为介质测定不同加热量、不同水量的气液两相流传热膜系数,分析影响传热膜系数的诸因素及变化关系;就升膜蒸发器内的最佳流型的环状流进行了传热膜系数的回归,得出实验条件下的传热膜系数的关联式,实测值与关联式的计算值相关良好. Heat transfer film Coefficient of two-phase flow has been measured in a rising film e- vaporator with variable heat quantities and water rates.Having analysed effect factors on the film coefficient and regressed for experimental data,an empirical correlation of the film coefficient was obtained.Calculation values using the correlation agrred well with ex- perimental ones and compared with other data in the public references.
