摘要
护患关系是医学模式在护理人际关系中的体现。随着社会的发展、医学模式的转变以及法制的不断健全与完善 ,护患关系发生了很大的变化 ,尤其是在医疗体制改革和卫生服务转型的形势下 ,护患矛盾日趋突出。如何吸收国内外心理学、社会学、行为学、伦理学的研究成果 ,结合护患关系的现状 ,多层次、多角度地研究增进护患关系的理论与对策 ,这是护理工作者应研究和探讨的问题。文章通过对引起护患关系冲突的原因分析 ,提出增进护患关系的对策和措施 ,旨在减少护患冲突 ,建立“人性化”的、新型的护患关系 ,提高病人及社会对护理工作的满意度。
The model of relationship between nurse and patient is embodiment of medical model in nursing relation. With the development of society and change of medical model, the relationship between nurse and patient has changed greatly. Especially under the condition of medical system reform and change of health service, the contravention between nurse and patient highlights gradually. It is the issues for nursing workers to study that how to develop the theories and countermeasures for improving relationship between nurse and patient from multi-level and multi-point of view based on absorbing the research results of psychology, social science, behavior science and ethical science and combined with the facts of relationship between nurse and patient. Through analyzing the reasons causing the contravention between nurse and patient, this paper puts forwards some measures to improve relationship between nurse and patient to reduce the conflicts and establish a humanism relationship between nurse and patient to improve the satisfaction of patient and society to nursing work.
