p53在涎腺良恶性肿瘤中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨p5 3基因在涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的表达及其肿瘤生物学特性的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测了 2 0例多形怀腺瘤 (pleomorphicadenoma ,PA)、12例腺淋巴瘤 (adenolyphoma ,AL)、19例恶性多形性腺瘤 (malignantpleomorphicadenoma ,MPA)和 2 5例腺样囊性癌 (adenoidcarcinoma ,ACC)中突变p5 3基因的表达产物p5 3蛋白。 结果 p5 3蛋白在两种恶性涎腺肿瘤中的检出率 (5 0 .0 % )显著高于在两种良性涎腺肿瘤中的检出率 (6 .3% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在MPA中的检出率 (5 2 .6 % )显著高于在PA中的检出率 (10 .0 % ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;晚期恶性涎腺肿瘤 (TNM分型为Ⅲ -Ⅳ期 )的p5 3检出率 (78.9% )显著高于早期恶性涎腺肿瘤 (TNM分期为 :Ⅰ -Ⅱ期 )的检出率 (2 8.0 % ) (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 p5 3基因在PA恶变过程中起着一定作用 ;p5 3蛋白检测可作为判断涎腺恶性肿瘤临床分期和估计预后的参考指标。 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of p53 in salivary gland tumor and the tumor biologic characteristics.Methods 20 cases of pleomorphic adenoma,12 cases of adenolyphoma,19 cases of malignant pleomorphic adenoma and 25 cases of adenoid carcinoma were examined to detect the p53 gene product p53 protein by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The postive rate of p53 in malignant salivary gland tumors(50%) was significantly higher than that in benign salivary gland tumors(6.3%)(P<0.05).The positive rate in malignant pleomorphic adenoma(52.6%)was significantly higher than that in pleomorphic adenoma(10%)(P<0.05);the positive rate of p53 in advanced malignant salivary gland tumors(78.9%)was significantly higher than that in early malignant salivary gland tumors(28.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion p53 gene play an important role in pleomorphic adenoma carcinogenesis;The expression of p53 may be taken as a biomarker in judging clinical stage and prognosis.
