Microcomputer Control System of Calcium Carbide Furnace

本文提出了采用STD工业控制机和SCR无触点开关实现电石炉控制的方案。文章介绍了系统的工作原理和系统构成。实际运行表明控制系统操作简便,抗干扰能力强,节能效果明显。

This paper proposes a scheme of calcium carbride furnace control realized by STD bus industrial control computer and SCR noncontacting switch. The principle and construction of the system are described. The practical operating results show that the operation is easy and convenient ,anti-interference ability is high and electric enery saving is obvious in the system.
