摘要
使用有限元的方法,借助SAP5程序对径向负荷作用下的弹性滚子的应力分布问题进行了较为详细的分析研究,编制了结点,单元生成程序,为与弹性滚子结构相似的有关构件的应力分布的有限元分析,提供了实用的方法。
A stress state analysis of the spring roller with the radial load is presented in details. The FEA(finite element analysis)method and the SAP-5 software were employed. A program was made to automatically generate the tie points and the elements. It shows that the analysis method used in the paper is convinent, effecient and accurate. It will be of pratical value for the similar problems.
