摘要 目的 :探讨药理浓度的三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )对大鼠精子生成和精子运动能力的影响。方法 :As2 O3 大鼠腹腔注射 ,二周后对大鼠进行睾丸精子头计数 ,并计算每日精子生成量。应用计算机辅助精子分析系统对附睾精子活动能力进行检测。结果 :每日 2mg/kg、4mg/kg组精子头数和每日精子生成量较对照组有所减少 ,8mg/kg则明显减少 ;对附睾精子扩散液进行检测发现三种剂量As2 O3 对VCL、VSL及VAP均有明显影响 ,但对精子运动的其他指标ALH、BCF、LIN、WOB及STR的影响均无统计学差异。结论 :As2 O3 可引起精子生成量的减少和精子运动能力的降低而产生男 (雄 )性生殖毒性。 Objective: To explore the effects of arsenic (As 2O 3) on sperm production and motility of the male rats. Methods: As 2O 3 (2mg/kg·d, 4mg/kg·d and 8mg/kg·d) were administrated ip to the adult male rats. After two weeks, the numbers of testicular sperm head were counted and daily sperm production was calculated. The sperm motility was measured by computer assisted sperm analysis. Results: The number of testicular sperm head and daily sperm production decreased significantly than that of control. The sperm motion parameters such as VCL, VAP and VSL were significantly decreased than those of the control in three doses of As 2O 3. Conclusion: By means of inhibiting sperm production and motility in male rats, As 2O 3 may give rise to male reproduction toxicity.
