摘要
目的 :研究调心方对Aβ杏仁核注射类AD大鼠tau蛋白异常磷酸化的影响。 方法 :通过单侧杏仁核注射Aβ造成类AD大鼠模型 ;免疫组织化学法观察异常磷酸化tau蛋白AT8表达 ;原位杂交法观察tau蛋白异常磷酸化蛋白激酶GSK 3 β、P3 8MAPKmRNA的表达。结果 :调心方可显著降低异常磷酸化tau蛋白AT8及tau蛋白异常磷酸化蛋白激酶GSK 3 β、P3 8MAPKmRNA的表达。结论 :调心方具有改善Aβ诱导的类AD大鼠tau蛋白异常磷酸化的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Heart Benefitting Recipe (HBR) on the tau-protein hyperphophorilation in unilateral amyloid-β injections into the amygdala of AD rats. Methods: The experimental rat models with dementia and were induced by unilateral amyloid β injections into the amygdale of rats. The protein expression of AT8 were estimated with immunohistochemistry. The expression of mRNAs related to GSK 3β, P38MAPK were observed HBR can effectively decreased the expression of AT8 protein and GSK 3β mRNA, P38MAPK mRNA. Conclusion: HBR can effectively alleviated the hyperphosphorylation of tau induced by the Aβ in AD rats.
