生活垃圾堆肥优良菌剂的筛选 被引量:12

摘要 采用室外培养方法,对城市生活垃圾堆肥菌剂进行了筛选试验。结果表明,接入菌剂可加速垃圾堆肥中C/N的下降;促进堆肥中生物毒性物质的分解,提高小麦种子发芽率;加快垃圾堆肥的升温速度,提高最高温度,促进垃圾堆肥快速腐熟。并且接菌有利于垃圾堆肥中养分的保存与矿化。综合比较表明,细黄链霉菌Streptomycesmicroflavus组合菌剂对促进垃圾堆肥腐熟和提高垃圾堆肥产品质量综合效益最好,其次分别是云芝属真菌Polystictussp.、枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillussubtillis(Ehrenberg)Cohn和假单胞杆菌属细菌Pseudomonassp.三种组合菌剂。 Our composting test has indicated t hat addition of various microbe consortia enabled reduction of ratio for C /N,favorable decomposition of toxicants,enhancement of germination of wheat seed,i ncreasing temperature of compostin g garbage,shortening composting period as well as preserv ation of various nutrients and mineralization.It has been discovered th at Streptomyces mi-croflavus consortia were a best one i n composting process and acquisitio n of good quality of composted manure,next,Polystictus sp.,Bacillus subtillis(Ehrenberg)and Cohn Pseudomonas sp..Noticeabl y,Ploystictus sp.,one of the plant pathogenic microbes,was the first time to be used as a beneficial microbe inoculated in the composting and exhibited that it may be poten tially utilized in future.
