摘要
通过田间采集土壤样品调查及典型相关分析方法,研究了潮褐土酶活性与Cd、Pb、Zn污染的关系。结果表明,在Cd、Pb、Zn污染的潮褐土中,碱性磷酸酶活性与土壤Cd含量存在极显著的负相关;过氧化氢酶活性分别与土壤Zn含量和Pb含量呈显著的负相关和正相关;脲酶活性与土壤Cd含量可能存在正相关关系,但作出此判断的可靠性比较小,仅有85%的把握。
Field survey data with canonical correlation analysis indicated that:in meadow cinnamon soil contaminate d with cadmi-um,lead and zinc,alkaline phosphatase activity showed extremely negative correlation with the contents of Cd in the soil.Catalase activity correlated significantly negatively with Zn content,while significantly positively with Pb cont ent in the soil studied.It has also been found that urease activity maybe positively correlated with th e Cd content in the soil with a confidence of 85%.
