摘要
模拟大气污染对金华佛手进行HF(0.4μg·L-1)熏气处理,研究了HF对佛手叶膜透性,对佛手叶、花中丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)含量的影响。结果表明,膜透性及MDA含量先上升后下降再上升,且MDA含量变化先于膜透性变化;叶POD活性在熏气10d内呈上升趋势,花POD则先上升后下降;Pro含量波动明显,但总体上呈上升趋势。由此可见,HF对金华佛手膜脂过氧化产生了较大影响;佛手对HF胁迫具有一定的适应性保护能力,花的保护能力比叶要弱。
By means of treatment with artificia l smoke,effects of HF(0.4μg·L -1 )on membrane permeability,MDA content,POD activity and Pro content in Jinhua fi ngered citron(Citrus Medica var sarcodactylis Swi ngle)were studied.The results indicated that there were harmful effects of HF on fingered citron.Membrane permeability and MDA content had similar tenden cy of change as the former was behind the latter.PODactivities in leaf increased in the firs t 10days,while in flowers they incre ased first,then decreased steadily.Pro content fluctuated greatly,but it increased in general.I n addition,it has been found that when the fingered citron was exposed in HF it exhibited an ability of adaptable protection.
