摘要
随着经济全球化和社会信息化的全面发展,服务经济已经成为当今社会经济形态的突出特征,因此,作为以信息的储存、加工、传播为特征并以服务为根本宗旨的图书馆(包括传统图书馆和现代数字图书馆),服务管理理念的确立也就成为服务经济的必然要求。
Along with the all-round development of economic globalization and social informatization, the service economy has become a prominent character of today's socio-economic shape. Therefore, as the library (including traditional library and modern library) characterized by the storing, processing and transmitting of information and based on the service, the establishment of the idea of service management becomes the necessary requirement of the service economy.
