加入WTO,省域产业参与国际性劳动地域分工、产品走向国际市场成为必然。山西农业也属弱质、弱势产业,不可避免地要面临挑战。以生态建设为目标,以变竞争和挑战为发展机遇为内容的农业结构调整已十分迫切。为此,我们必须加快政府职能转变、发展特色农业和生态农业、实施农业产业化。

WTO entry of China makes it necessary that the provincial industry participates in internationally regional division of labor, and products also inevitably move toward the international market. Since the agriculture of Shanxi Province belongs to the weak industry, it faces the challenges unavoidably. The agricultural structural adjustment, the goal of which is regarded as ecological construction and the content of which is transforming the competition and challenge into the opportunity of development, has been already very urgent. So we must promote the transformation of governmental functions, develop characteristic agriculture and ecological agriculture, implement the industrialization of agriculture.
