Coal water mixture is a new clean fuel, and it has several benefits in aspects of energy conservation, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization. This paper puts forward some opinions about the popularization and application of coal water mixture technology in Taiyuan through the analysis on the economic benefit and environmental benefit of substitution of coal water mixture for oil and coal.
