Analysis on the Effect of E-government on Administration Cost

行政成本对政府行政管理活动及其效率有着重要影响,必须对行政成本做严格控制和科学测算,但依靠对传统政府组织结构的修修补补不能真正解决行政成本问题。而电子政务的实施,打破了传统的政府组织结构和运作方式,促进了政府组织和职能的整合,为有效解决行政成本问题提供了新的契机。

Administration cost has important influence on administration management and its efficiency. It is essential to make strict control and scientific measure of administration cost. But it can't resolve truly the problem of administration cost to rely on the repairing of traditional governmental organization structure. And the practice of e-government breaks traditional structure and operation mode of traditional government, promote the integration of governmental organization and governmental function, and provide a new opportunity for solving the problem effectively.
