Ideological and Political Work in the Course of Logistic Socialization of University Library

作为高校重要组成部分的图书馆正处于后勤体制改革的探索与实践之中。在这一过程中,思想政治工作的作用不可忽视。文章分析了影响目前高校图书馆后勤社会化改革过程的思想障碍及其产生原因,并就如何围绕高校图书馆后勤社会化改革而充分发挥思想政治工作的保障作用提出了对策与建议。

As an important component of the university, the library is being in the exploration and practice of the logistic system reform. In this course, the function of the ideological and political work is not to be neglected. This paper analyses on some ideological stumbling-blocks and their occurring causes, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of giving full play to the guaranteeing function of the ideological and political work around the logistic socialization reform of university library.
