提出了辅助电子商务专业课程的模拟实验及相应的模拟软件,并对电子商务教学模拟系统建设的必要性、模拟教学系统的总体架构、客户关系管理系统功能及其在教学中的应用,做了相应介绍和探讨。

This paper puts forward the simulation test and corresponding simulation software aiding the special curriculum of e-commerce, and makes corresponding introduction and exploration of the necessity of the construction of the simulation system of the teaching of e-commerce, the general frame of the simulation teaching system, the functions of client relation management and its application in the teaching.
