长轨收轨车上的机械自动化改造

Mechanical Automation Transformation of Long-track Receiver

通过对常用长轨收轨车作业中存在问题的分析,提出并在长轨收轨车上进行了械化改造,重点介绍了长轨收轨车上新增卷扬机系统的设计及安装方法、主要相关参数选择以及新型双轨夹具结构的设计,最后对改造后系统的投用情况进行了效果分析。

Through the analysis on the problems existing in the operation of Common long-track receiver, this paper puts forward and makes mechanical transformation of long-track receiver, emphatically introduces the designing and erecting methods, selection of main relative parameters and the design of new-type double track holding device system of the fairleader newly added on the long-track receiver, and makes the results analysis of applying situation of the system after the transformation.
