摘要
在分析旅客候车行为心理的基础上,提出理想候车环境的模式,针对现有候车环境存在的问题与不足,提出原则性的改进措施。
By analyzing passengers for waiting beheviour psychology, the author puts forward a ideal environmental model in waiting room. To counter existing circumstances, this paper advences some principled measures improving waiting environment.
