摘要
目的 分析北京市海淀区肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)的空间分布。方法 以北京市海淀区 1∶10万地形图为背景 ,在ArcInfo 8.1软件中建立行政边界图层 ,在地图上标出海淀区 1997~ 2 0 0 2年HFRS患者的住址 ;应用SaTScan 3 .0软件对各乡 (镇 )、街道HFRS的发病情况进行空间聚类分析 ,确定高流行区域范围 ,并在地理信息系统 (GIS)中通过空间分析对不同的发病情况采用不同的颜色和等值线显示。结果 空间聚类分析显示北京市海淀区HFRS病例呈聚集性分布 ,高发区聚集在苏家坨乡、永丰乡、上庄乡、温泉镇及聂各庄乡所属区域 (RR =4.43 ,P =0 .0 0 1) ;建立北京市海淀区HFRS空间分布专题地图。结论 北京市海淀区HFRS的空间分布为非随机分布 。
ObjectiveTo analyze the spatial distribu ti on of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Haidian district, Beijing and to explore the geographical characteristics of HFRS in highly endemic area s. MethodsAdministration boundary layer was established und er the background of 1∶ 100 000 map in the ArcInfo 8.1 software. The HFRS cases from 1997 to 2002 were positioned on the map. Highly endemic area s were identified by spatial cluster analysis using SaTScan 3.0 software. Di stribution of HFRS cases was shown in different colors and contours by spatial analysis of geographic information system (GIS). ResultsSpatial Cluster Analysis of confirmed cases of HF RS identified in 1997- 2002 in Haidian district showed that HFRS patients we re not randomly distributed. The highly endemic areas were founded in Sujiatu o township, Yongfeng township, Shangzhuang township, Wenquan town and Bei'anhe t ownship(relative risk= 4.43 , P= 0.001 ). A thematic map of HFRS in haidian district was set up. Conclusion HFRS infections were not randomly distributed , since the distribution was related to geographic-environmental factors.
