摘要
目的 描述脑血管血液动力学检测指标 (CVHI)的人群分布特征。方法 以整群抽样的方法抽取中国东北等地区 3 5岁及以上的人群 2 53 55例 ,在基线调查时检测CVHI ,随访脑卒中的发病情况 ,分析和描述CVHI在非脑卒中、脑卒中发病前和脑卒中患者中的分布特征。结果 随着年龄的增长 ,脑血管最大、最小值、平均血流速度和CVHI积分值呈明显的下降趋势 ,外周阻力、特性阻抗、脉搏波波速和动态阻力呈明显的上升趋势 ;男性的最大血流速度、外周阻力、临界压高于女性 ,脉搏波波速低于女性 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;非脑卒中组的总积分、最小血流速度和外周阻力分别为95.0、10 .2 3和 75.8,脑卒中发病前检测组为 51.2 5、6.71和 12 2 .72 ,脑卒中患者组为 55.0、6.78和115.89,在控制性别和年龄的影响后 ,三组间差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CVHI有明显的年龄变化趋势 。
ObjectiveTo describe the distribution of cerebral vascular hemodynamic indexes(CVHI). MethodsA number of 25 355 age 35 and over were sel ected in the Northeast China by cluster sampling. CVHI were checked during base line survey and were followed to see the occurrence of stroke. Distribution of CVHI among non-stroke population, individuals prior to the onset of strok e and patients with stroke were described. ResultsThe CVHI accumulative score, V mean , V ma x and V min were dramatically decreasing, but RV, Zcv, WV and DR were sig nificantly increasing as age increased. V max , RV and CP were significantly higher in males but WV was lower than that of females. The CVHI accumulative sc ore, V min and RV were 95.0 , 10.23 and 75.8 in non-stroke popu lation, 51.25 , 6.71 and 122.72 pre stroke group, and 55.0 , 6.78 and 115.89 in patients with stroke respectively. There were sig nificant differences among three groups after controlling of age and sex ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Variance of CVHI was closely related to ag e, and there appeared a significant abnormal of CVHI before and after stroke.
