基质金属蛋白酶与结缔组织病
摘要
基质金属蛋白酶是一组金属离子依赖的细胞外基质降解酶,在体内可由多种基质细胞和炎症细胞产生,在人体发育、组织重建与修复、炎症反应、肿瘤侵袭和转移等过程中发挥重要作用。将对基质金属蛋白酶及其与免疫性结缔组织病的关系作一综述。
